Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FiendSports.com. Included are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment Process Time

All orders are received and processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not shipped on the weekends but may be delivered depending on your choice of shipment courier. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment time for your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipment time is also dependable upon where the product is being shipped from. Not all of our products are made in the same country, so shipment time will depend once again upon the order and the desired location of shipment.  Please allow a maximum of at least 2-3 weeks to receive product. Once again, if there is an issue with order, we will contact you via telephone or email.

 

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the unfortunate event that your product becomes unavailable from the manufacturer where we calculated the shipping rates from, we will contact you about the change of manufacturer location and the change of the cost due to shipping rates. If rates are less than what you paid for you will be refunded the difference and if the rates are more, then you will be charged the amount needed to compensate for the higher rate.

Damages

Fiend Sports L.L.C. is not liable for any products that are received broken, damaged, or lost during shipping. All products are inspected before they are shipped off to customers for damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and the shipping company to file a claim. We will work with you to get you a replacement for your order.
